Anyone who wants to join the voluntary disclosure has time until December 30 to present the report and the documents accompanying the application. Enrico Zanetti, Undersecretary for the Economy, specified this yesterday, dispelling an interpretative doubt that arose regarding the decree that postponed the terms to adhere to the procedure for the re-emergence of illegally exported capital.
In particular, from the technical report to the provision it did not emerge clearly whether the postponement from 30 October to 30 December of the deadline for submitting the annexes was valid also for those who applied by 30 September, i.e. the original deadline for membership applications, which was in turn moved to 30 November.
“The extension will be until December 30 for everyone – said Zanetti on the sidelines of the session of the Senate Finance Commission – even for those who presented an application before September 30. Some passages of the report had raised this doubt, but the rule is clear: December 30 is the deadline for submitting the documentation for all requests, both pre- and post-extension".
For the number of subscriptions, those arriving by 30 September were over 63 thousand, while “to date there are approx 70mila”, added the undersecretary, confirming what was anticipated last Wednesday by the number one of the Revenue AgencyRossella Orlandi. From the point of view of the Treasury, the revenue produced at 30 September stands at “1,9 billion, and it's still climbing”, concluded Zanetti.
