As regards the relationship between Pd and Pdl, however, the situation is more delicate. Including justice which means the anti-corruption law and Rai which means the assignment of frequencies and the system for appointing directors. That on these two points the ground is far from clear of obstacles is demonstrated by the affirmations of Alfano for which the PDL will help the government with "works and omissions". Here, if omissions meant not addressing the Rai question, Bersani has already made it known that the Democratic Party would not agree.
