Veneto Banca travels towards Piazza Affari. On Thursday 25 February, the institute filed with Consob the request for approval of the information prospectus relating to the option offer of its ordinary shares and the listing of the securities on the MTA of Borsa Italiana. This is what we read in a statement released by the company.
Veneto Banca has also submitted to Borsa Italiana the application for admission to listing of its ordinary shares on the Mercato Telematico Azionario.
Meanwhile today, from 10 to 18, the Veneto Banca management center is hosting the conference on the Women and the Future Project. Personalities from the world of local and national credit were expected, women from banks and businesses, professionals and journalists. Godmother of the meeting, Anna Maria Tarantola, former Bank of Italy and former president of Rai.
The meeting stems from the collaboration between Veneto Banca and Progetto Donne e Futuro, an initiative conceived and conducted by the lawyer Cristina Rossello, Vice President of the Institute, as a starting point for reflection on the contribution of women in the economy.
