Usa, producer prices on the rise, but "core" inflation stable.

Producer prices and energy prices increase, consolidating a two-monthly growth trend in September. However, “core” inflation remains stable, while food prices grow by 0,2%.

After the positive data on the labor market, other encouraging numbers come from the United States, where producer prices rose for the second consecutive month in September, thanks to increases in energy and food prices.

The indicator, as announced by the Department of Labor, increased by 1,1 percent in the period considered, exceeding the expectations of analysts.

Energy prices, in particular, rose by 4,7 percent, following a 6,4 percent increase in September.

Food, on the other hand, increased by 0,2 percent. Core prices, excluding energy and food prices, were unchanged from August.
