Disappointment from the US job market. Last month, American companies created far fewer jobs than expected: 142, against the 225 expected by analysts. 

The unemployment rate, on the other hand, fell to 6,1%, in line with forecasts. The data was released today in the early afternoon by the US Department of Labor.
