As part of this project, the three Agricultural Confederations have signed an agreement with Unicredit, with the aim of consolidating and supporting the growth of the wine system, with particular reference to Igt, Doc, Docg and Sparkling wines.

The project aims to accompany companies on foreign markets with a dedicated service model, leveraging the international presence of the Group's banks.

The Bank will collaborate with the Confederations in activities aimed at selecting excellent companies in the wine sector, with solid foundations and high potential for international growth, as well as evaluating the growth plans of their foreign business and defining the most suitable support solutions.

Furthermore, Unicredit, in collaboration with the Confederations themselves, will take care, for the benefit of companies in the wine sector, of the realization of B2B initiatives with foreign buyers, foreign missions and orientation and training initiatives for companies, aimed at increasing the skills of managers and entrepreneurs for the development of exports.

Lastly, the Bank has prepared a dedicated range of products, called the “WineCredit” range, which consists of forms of financing and other products and services to support the operations of companies in the sector. From financing for vineyard equipment and installations, to advances on sales and purchases of agri-food products; from support to expenses for promotion abroad, to sureties for advances on CMO wine community contributions.
