For the Ukrainian economy, the year that is about to end was the worst since the end of the Second World War. The GDP, in fact, collapsed in 2014 by a good seven and a half percentage points. The estimate was released today by the Central Bank of Kiev.
"Our country has not known such a difficult year since at least the Second World War", Governor Valeria Gontareva told the press, specifying that at the end of November the inflation rate stood at 21%.
