Ubi Banca: proposed dividend of 0,11 euro per share

The Supervisory Board of Ubi Banca will propose to the institute's shareholders' meeting the distribution of a unit dividend of 0,11 euro for each outstanding share. The coupon will have an ex-dividend date, a record date and a payment date of 21, 22 and 23 May 2018, respectively. The total dividend will be 125,5 million euro, drawn from the extraordinary reserve.

The CDS also approved the 2017 financial statements, which "highlight the positive performance of a management that guaranteed the sustainability and solidity of the results - comments the president of UBI, Andrea Moltrasio - also following the acquisition of the 3 banks in central Italy , which enrich the Group's presence in the area. Again this year, as throughout the crisis, the Group presents itself to the shareholders' meeting with a proposal for a dividend which represents a yield of 3% on the average price of the 2017 quotations. UBI remains the only one among the major banks Italian companies, to have regularly paid the dividend in cash to its shareholders. The Supervisory Board then unanimously approved the financial statements, expressing satisfaction with the Group's performance”.
