The Supervisory Board of Where's Banca approved the consolidated financial statements and the statutory financial statements at 31 December 2014 and approved the proposal to distribute a dividend of 0,08 euro per share to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting.
The institute communicated this, specifying that the payment of the dividend, if approved by the shareholders' meeting, will take place on 20 May 2015. The first call of the meeting is scheduled for 24 April and the second the following day.
