Ubi Banca and Confindustria Bari Bat, agreement on corporate welfare

Ubi Banca and Confindustria Bari and Barletta-Andria-Trani have signed a memorandum of understanding on corporate welfare which will allow over 700 companies and around 24 workers to benefit from a new subsidiary and proximity welfare programme.

The objective of the agreement is to make available a full outsourcing solution that allows companies of all types and sizes, even less structured SMEs, to easily start a company welfare programme.

With access to the programme, companies will be able to benefit from the tax advantages provided, both for the company and for the employee, by the 2016 Stability Law and the 2017 Budget Law, such as the zeroing of the tax wedge.

The objective of the signed agreement allows for the development of a welfare system that enhances the best local excellence, in order to promote the development of the territory and to offer services that are characterized by quality and proximity to the needs expressed.

Indeed, Ubi Welfare allows local companies and third sector operators, particularly focused on personal services, to become suppliers of the platform, thus contributing to the construction of a network of well-being and supplementary protection of the public service.
