The Irish giant Ryanair announced that it had exceeded 10 million passengers in the month of August alone (+10% compared to August 2014 and +15% in twelve months with planes 95% full).
Very positive data also for the main competitor in the low cost sector: Easyjet which raised the estimates on the results of 2015 with 7,06 million passengers in August, an increase of 6,8% compared to the 6,61 million passengers carried in the same month last year.
Also celebrate the low cost Wizz Air which in the month of August recorded a +19% of passengers compared to the same month of the previous year, almost two million people transported throughout Europe. With the exploit of the month of August, the airline passes to an annual rolling of about 18 million passengers, registering a +20% compared to the previous 12 months.
