Tod's makes a comeback and benefits from the truce in Hong Kong

Positive morning for Tod’s in Piazza Affari, where the company's shares resist sales and earn 1,11% to 77,2 euros.
71 pieces changed hands compared to an average of 141 in an entire session in the last month. The prices, according to analysts, benefit from the improvement of the situation in Hong Kong, after last week many shops were closed or had only opened at reduced hours due to tensions and street demonstrations.

Last week, Intermonte analysts underlined that "Hong Kong is an important center for luxury shops". "We don't have precise data - wrote the experts in a report - but we estimate that the turnover generated in Hong Kong accounts for around 7-8% of the total for Ferragamo and 9-10% for Tod's", which would therefore be the most exposed company among the big Italians.
