The Board of Directors of Telsy, a Tim Group company specializing in cybersecurity and cryptography, has co-opted Gabriella D'Elia, Angela Gargani and Sabina Strazzullo, as well as appointing president Alexander Pansa (who retains his position as president of Sparkle).

With these new appointments also the Telsy board exceeds the threshold of 40% female presence, explains the telecommunications operator in a note, following what happened in June at Tim Servizi Digitali (with 80% of women on the board), testifying to the Group's commitment to pursuing gender equality.

Gabriella D'Elia she has a degree in Electronic Engineering and has gained experience in the telecommunications sector, holding positions in Tim, where she was mainly involved in Demand Management of IT solutions to support the marketing, billing and assistance processes of Consumer and Enterprise customers. You also hold an innovation manager certification, thanks to which you have contributed to the design and implementation of technological solutions to support business transformation projects.

Angela Garganohowever, after studying Philosophy at La Sapienza University and gaining experience in the Banca Sella group, she joined the Tim group in 1995, in the press office of the Lazio area. After a period in the quality area, in which she dealt with relations with the international organization EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management), Gargani held various roles in the Chief Public Affairs & Security Office function, where she is responsible for relations with Confindustria and with the Trade Associations.

Sabina Strazzullo, after studying law, he obtained the title of lawyer and a master's degree in IT law at the Lumsa University. From 2004 he began to deal with institutional relations in Wind, starting from the national level, to then take on the responsibility of Public Affairs at the European, national and local level, remaining at the helm of the structure even after the merger with H3G and also assuming responsibility relations with consumer associations. In 2020 she joined the Tim Group, as head of National Institutional Affairs, subsequently also taking on responsibility for the Digital sector.
