Kena Mobile, the 'no frills' brand of the TIM group's telephony services, launches the KeApp app, dedicated to the sales network that operates throughout the country, which makes it possible a fully digitized service, fast and safe for the acquisition and management of customers.

KeApp introduces, in collaboration with Telecom Italia Trust Technologies, a new green procedure, totally paperless, which also facilitates the process of archiving documentation in digital format. It is estimated that the introduction of KeApp will lead to an optimization of the environmental impact, with a saving - in one year - of about 10 million sheets of paper (equal to about 50 tons), avoiding the felling of over 120 tall pines 15 meters and using 4.000 toners.

Kena, with this initiative, will offer a customer experience even more simplified and in total safety, proposing the best commercial solution based on the customer's needs e optimizing the time for registration and the compilation of the forms, also thanks to the use of the advanced electronic signature.
