Banca Ifis supports the Adriano Panatta Raquet Club: the new sporting project of tennis champion Adriano Panatta who, alongside Philippe Donnet, with the company A&P International took over the former Sporting Club in via Medaglie D'oro in Treviso to give life to an important redevelopment plan to start in the coming weeks. The project was presented this morning in Treviso, at Ca' Sugana, as part of a press conference attended by: the champion Adriano Panatta, the Chief Executive Officer of Banca Ifis Luciano Colombini and the Mayor of Treviso Mario Conte.
The new Adriano Panatta Raquet Club will be built on an area of three and a half hectares, in the immediate vicinity of the historic centre. It is a major renovation project of an important sports facility to be returned, after so many years, to the city of Treviso. Banca Ifis will support its creation with the disbursement of a medium-long term loan.
«Finally we start with the project and with the construction sites - explains Adriano Panatta - we hope to be ready for next September for the start of the courses and the various sporting activities. Tennis is fun, harmony, a synthesis between physical and mental preparation and I want to give my contribution, share my philosophy of play, experience not just technique: knowing how to have fun more than striving for results. But the Adriano Panatta Raquet Club will be much more: a place for the whole city, open and sustainable, immersed in a green park which will include a tennis school for children and adults with 8 tennis courts, six of which are covered, 4 open and 3 covered paddle courts, two gyms for physical activity with various changing rooms, a 450 square meter SPA, a new Club House with restaurant, bar and swimming pool».
