Tamburi Investment Partners has increased its stake in the IPG Holding Group, the company which owns 25,725% of Interpump, by investing 11 million euro.
From the capital of IPG Holding, according to a statement from the merchant bank, Ferrero and Fidor Fiduciaria have come out. In addition to Tip, the Montipò family has been strengthened in the capital of the holding.
Tip's investment provides for the outlay of 5,5 million immediately and another 5,5 million after a year. Following the transaction, a new shareholders' agreement was signed.
