The government has launched yet another extension to complete the work in the houses: it will be possible to arrive at the end of December; in the meantime Poste Italiane announced the reopening of the purchase service for all transferable building credits starting from October, but with specific limits.
A possible and "simple" extension of the 110% Superbonus for detached houses and single-family homes had been talked about for weeks now, but many hoped Industrial more structural to dispose of the mountain stranded in the tax drawers of Italy.
Already last spring, the previous deadline, scheduled for the end of March 2023, had been extended to 30 September. Now comes a new three-month postponement. But they don't change condizioni of access, in fact it is essential that 30% of the planned works are completed by 2022 September 30. Superbonus: from October new transfers to the Post Office but only for private individuals
Yesterday, Tuesday 8 August, Poste Italiane has officially announced that from October XNUMXst it will resume ad buy the credits already accrued and which meet the legal requirements (having started work before February 17), but only for private individuals and up to 50 thousand euros. The initiative adds to that of several banks and small financial operators who have reopened purchases in favor of companies in recent months. But these are very cautious reopenings, and with more disadvantageous rates for sellers.
Ma which banks have reopened the assignment of credit in 2023? To date, Intesa San Paolo and Sparkasse have already repurchased, Bper has started repurchase agreements to free up capacity, while Credit Agricole and UniCredit are working on it. Among the other banks that have declared themselves inclined to reopen soon to the transfer of credit there would also be Banco Bpm.
No Sace guarantee and platform to dispose of credits
The complicated guarantee scheme that would have allowed banks to liquidate the sums to companies had seemed uphill from the start. But the traces have also been lost credit transfer platform announced in April by Economy Minister Giancarlo Giorgetti, led by banks and with the participation of other large public companies such as Enel X. A sort of financial vehicle that purchases "certain" credits from a first concessionaire to transfer them to third parties who can obtain them an advantage. To explain why it is La Repubblica, according to informed sources, the platform is allegedly encountering great difficulties – including the issue of guarantees, given the number of frauds – and that Enel X has withdrawn. The problem, therefore, is that there is no trace of a structural solution for Superbonus problem loans.
Superbonus: at the end of July the bill rises to 83 billion
Meanwhile, the Superbonus continues to run. As of last July 31, the investments eligible for deduction for the Superbonus reached almost 83 billion, out of a total of investments (including sums not eligible for deduction) of 84,326 billion. The deductions accrued for completed works – according to data released by Enea – reached 74 billion, out of a total of investments for completed works eligible for deduction of 67,854 billion.
