The lawyer Pietro Massimo Marangio joins Gentili & Partners as a partner, a financial markets law boutique founded by Massimo Paolo Gentili over 25 years ago with offices in Milan, Luxembourg and London. Gentili & Partners is a firm that deals exclusively with domestic and international banking and financial regulatory consultancy, specializing in fund formation and cross-border transactions.
Cassation lawyer, Pietro Massimo Marangio boasts twenty years of interdisciplinary experience in the regulation of the banking, financial and insurance industry. Throughout his career, lawyer Marangio has collaborated with leading Italian and international law firms, such as the Firm of Prof. Galgano, Dewey & LeBoeuf and, most recently, Gitti and Partners, where he was Counsel since 2015.
Over the years he has dedicated himself to consulting on insurance law, the regulation of investment services (with particular reference to individual portfolio management, private banking and private insurance) and the collective management of savings (securities and real estate). He achieved the degree in law from the Catholic University and, subsequently, an LL.M. in Law & Economics, with postgraduate studies in the US and Germany as well as an EMF | Executive Master in Finance at SDA Bocconi.
