On a day that has so far been negative for the Italian stock market, the star of Maire Tecnimont shines brightly in Piazza Affari which, in mid-morning, gains 2,02% on the Stock Exchange, at 2,12 euros per share.
The prices of the company active in the engineering and construction sector were pushed up by the announcement, issued this morning by the company itself, of the award, through the subsidiaries Tecnimont, KT Kinetics Technology and Stamicarbon, of new contracts relating to licensing, technology packages, procurement and engineering services for a total amount of approximately 45 million euros.
The contracts concern operations in Europe, North and Central America and the Middle East and, explains the note released by Maire Tecnimont, "further consolidate the Group's growth strategy in the field of activities with a high technological content and therefore with higher margins".
