Originally a small social event coupled with a road race through the pine and cypress forests of Pebble Beach, the Pebble Beach Concours has grown into the top-ranking collector car contest in the world. People from all over the world come to compete or just watch and enjoy this superb competition.

Sotheby's auction takes place during Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance week. On Thursday 13 August RM Sotheby's will offer the most valuable and unique collection of cars ever presented at auction.
