Sustainability, Intesa Sanpaolo finances Novamobili with 5 million

Intesa Sanpaolo finances Novamobili - the Battistella Group's furniture and design company - with 5 million euros, assisted by the green guarantee from Sace. This strengthens the alliance between the banking institution led by Carlo Messina and the Treviso-based company which had already signed a cooperation agreement as part of the "Programma Filiere" for the benefit of about 40 strategic suppliers of the company to facilitate their access to credit.

The project will allow the replacement of an outdated industrial complex with a new one, “characterized by the best construction technologies e plant engineering, which will allow a containment of the consumption of thermal and electrical energy, thanks to the better thermal insulation and the best technologies related to the self-production and self-consumption of electricity, and a general reclamation of the area through targeted safe disposal interventions", he underlined Mario Battistella, president of Novamobili.

To promote one Sustainable Development, Intesa Sanpaolo has launched a medium-long term financing instrument called S-Loan to accompany companies in the direction of greater sustainability from an environmental, social and corporate governance point of view. S-Loan supports the medium-long term needs of businesses with favorable conditions, thanks to the rate reductions that will be recognized when the objectives are achieved. Upon achievement of the key performance indicators, a discount on funding will be recognized in order to reward the results achieved.
