A good performance that also brings together the other opportunities that the 35 cities around the world offer to tourists and travellers. Architecture, excursions, attractions such as caves, castles, safaris. The site provides up to 30 search criteria to choose where to go and what to expect. For our 3 cities, which are among the 19 European ones, criteria of environmental sustainability must also apply. And apart from Rome's well-known waste problems, Milan and Florence can be satisfied with the environmental quality offered. They look good next to Madrid, Barcelona, Brussels, Copenhagen, Bilbao, Paris, Berlin, Prague, Vienna. In the case of Rome, in the 160 museums those of the Vatican State were also counted, with a prevalence, precisely for the Vatican Museums, among the top results the fifth most visited site in the world. Florence is chosen for the Uffizi Gallery, the Accademia Gallery, where one can admire, among other things, the famous David by Michelangelo and the Renaissance sites. Milan gains the ranking position for the masterpieces of Leonardo da Vinci, the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana, that of Brera and the museum of the Teatro alla Scala. Three different cities in terms of history, traditions and social organisation, but which gladly make the Italy of art an international destination.

The Jetcost site has commercial interests in taking travelers to every part of the world. It needs to capture the needs of masses of travellers. However if among the destinations indicated by its customers there are only 3 Italian cities, something must have determined this result. The chosen cities could have been more. We think that the history and culture that continue to be studied in many countries will not have been underestimated, but the organization, obviously not only touristic, of other cities with prestigious museums and galleries. Whoever has responsibilities, whether national or local, should take this ranking to heart and act to ensure that Italy boasts higher numbers in the next ranking.
