Solid World Group gets one order worth 850 thousand euros. The company active in the sector of industrial design and 3D printing technologies has announced that its industrial division has signed a contract with a renowned Italian manufacturer of components for agricultural machinery. This order represents the largest order of 3D software never received by SolidWorld in the industrial sector. Delivery is expected by the first half of 2024.
The agreement involves the supply of 3D software and a proprietary integration platform, which will allow the client company to digitally manage the entire production cycle, embracing the perspective of4.0 industry. Within these SolidWorld software, modules are included artificial intelligence, designed to optimize the product design process. According to the Digital Innovation Smart Agrifood Observatory of the School of Management of the Polytechnic of Milan, agriculture 4.0 in Italy is a rapidly growing sector, which at the end of 2022 exceeded 2 billion euros in turnover with a growth of +31%. compared to 2021.
