Change at the top of Snam Rete Gas. The shareholders' meeting appointed Marco Alvera chairman to replace Carlo Malacarne, who resigned with effect from the conclusion of the meeting, but who will remain chairman of the Snam group. Alverà holds the role of general manager of the holding Snam from January, while his appointment as CEO of the group will have to be ratified by the assembly on 27 April.
This is the only significant change within the Snam galaxy. The corporate bodies of the subsidiaries Italgas, Stogit e LNG Italy, in fact, they were confirmed in their outgoing composition by the respective shareholders' meetings and boards of directors. Marco Reggiani and Luca Schieppati were confirmed as Chairman and CEO of Italgas, while Antonio Paccioretti and Paolo Luigi Bacchetta remain Chairman and CEO of Stogit and Marco Galletti President and CEO of GNL Italia.
