The Board of Directors of SIT SpA, a leading company in the design, production and marketing of components for domestic gas appliances with headquarters in Padua, in its meeting of 20 March 2017, approved the draft consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2016 which shows a marked improvement compared to 2015. These financial statements were prepared in accordance with the IFRS/IAS accounting standards and audited by Ernst & Young SpA
SIT recently announced an integration agreement with Industrial Stars of Italy 2, the Spac listed on the Aim and promoted by Attilio Arietti and Giovanni Cavallini, which in the future will lead the company to the Borsa Italiana market dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises.
