The Seat Pagine Gialle stock collapsed on the Stock Exchange which, after being suspended due to excessive downtrend during the day, lost 32,08% in the morning to 0,0036 euro. The Seat Pg shares were dragged down by the suspension, decided by the company, of the payment of the half-yearly coupon of 42,2 million euro maturing on January 31st, payable in relation to the Senior Secured Notes.
The decision in this sense was taken by the Board of Directors after the start of an in-depth analysis of the group's business prospects, to verify their compatibility with the capital and financial structure.
