At the height of a day he saw the title of Seat Pagine Gialle splashed, literally, at +15,82% and being suspended due to an excessive increase, the meeting of the board of directors of the publishing company concluded which, following consultations with its creditors, announced through a press release put pen to paper a final proposal for the company's debt restructuring.
The deadline for acceptance of the proposal, and the consequent rescue of the company which otherwise risks default and recourse to the Marzano law, has been set for February 28. For the green light for the restructuring the consent of 75% of the creditors is required i.e. holders of the 1,3 billion Lighthouse bond, holders of senior bank credit and senior bondholders.
Seat Pagine Gialle, in the press release, thanks the creditors for the support granted so far and urges them to promptly accept the restructuring proposal, clarifying that it has no intention of extending the deadline beyond the date of 28 February. In addition to those who give the ok by February 21st will be recognized a higher commission (early bird consent fee) than those who will give it at a later date.
