The construction site Saint Lawrence, a leading company in the sector of luxury boating which produces “custom” yachts and superyachts, has perfected theacquisition of 100% di Equinoxe for a value of 2,1 million euro, of which approx the 10% will be paid over the next three years.
Founded in 1986, Equinoxe works in charter and brokerage services of pleasure craft. “Thanks to the seriousness and quality of the service provided in over 30 years of activity and to the solid network of relationships, the company enjoys a high reputation and undisputed reliability on the market” underlines Sanlorenzo in a note.
The shipyard recalls that the operation "fits within the strategy linked to the proposal of a package of services dedicated to customers, in line with the philosophy of seeking maximum excellence and with the positioning 'made to measure' of the brand. Among these, the charter business has experienced a strong expansion especially in periods of contraction in the demand for new boats and retains a high potential to be expressed”.

Expected new three-year plan with increased governance
Sanlorenzo intends to further raise governance in the new 2023 business plan to three years, as he said Perotti at the Genoa boat show, recalling that boating is experiencing a sort of Renaissance. “We are thinking of a growth ofEbitda of 0,5-1 basis point for each year, with revenues growing by 10/15% per year. For the next three years we want to return to a graceful growth as we do not have serial production, we create a custom-made object with the best handcrafted products for every single detail of our boats. The reference numbers of our production are around 70 banks from Sanlorenzo and 30/35 from Bluegame”
