Mediobanca's gradual descent into RCS's capital continues. According to communications released by Consob, the Milanese institute now settles under 10% of the capital of the publishing group. Starting from last September, the bank would have cut about 5 percentage points on its stake, going from 14,9% to 9,93%, with this operation dated February 28th. Already in the month of January Mediobanca had sold 2% of the capital of Rcs.
In the late morning, Mediobanca shares dropped 0,58% in Piazza Affari, while RCS Mediagroup shares advanced by more than 2%.
