Rcs, income of 47 million from share conversion

As a consequence, the major shareholders will be diluted as follows: Fiat from 20,55% to 16,73%, Mediobanca from 9,93% to 8,09%, Della Valle from 8,99% to 7,32%, Intesa from 6,54% to 5,33%, Finsoe from 5,65% to 4,60%, Pirelli from 5,45% to 4,44%, Invesco funds from 5,03% to 4,09%, Eparifind from 3,82% to 3,11%, Cairo from 3,67% to 2,99% and Rotelli from 3,37% to 2,74%.

Thanks to the optional conversion of savings shares, which closed yesterday with the acceptance of 58,7% of category A savings shares and 80,36% of category B, RCS will have income of 47,04 million EUR. At the end of the subsequent mandatory conversion (which will take place on 9 June) the ordinary shareholders will be diluted by 18,6% and will therefore represent 81,4% of the total post-conversion ordinary shares.
