Carlo Pesenti has left the board of directors of RCS MediaGroup. This was announced in a note released by the same editorial group, which communicates that it has received the resignation of the director, non-executive director and member of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee on the evening of 14 February.
According to the RCS note, Pesentia should have decided to leave not only due to his growing commitments in the Italmobiliare Group, but also due to the "lack of cohesion in the Board and among shareholders with respect to the Company's business, as well as some industrial and strategic choices which he did not fully share".
