Generali launches “You are in Car with Style”, the policy which, thanks to an interactive responsible driving education system, is able to prevent dangerous situations by making the driver aware of it in order to encourage a safe driving style. An innovative satellite device equipped with the service of Real Time Coaching, in fact, warns the driver via a light signal of how he is driving and helps him to recognize risky situations.

The "Sei in auto con stile" black box is installed directly on the car's windscreen and, thanks to a multi-coloured LED, interacts with the driver informing him of his driving style: reckless, balanced or advanced. In the event of strong acceleration or sudden braking, the LED lights up purple for 4 seconds while driving.
The customer will be able to view the level of his own on a daily basis driving style through graphs and counters directly from a PC on their customer profile on the generali.it website and from a tablet or smartphone, through a new App. The aim is to educate the driver to adopt a style that reduces the probability of an accident and increases own safety and that of those transported, allowing them to obtain the maximum savings on the RCA guarantee upon expiry.
With "Sei in auto con stile" you start saving on premiums immediately, thanks to a discount calculated on the basis of average kilometers travelled. Furthermore, the device monitors five driving parameters which allow you to obtain a further discount on the policy when it is renewed: Journey, Road type, Daily Use, Weekly Use and, of course, lo Riding style.
Through the black box, Generali Italia also provides a complete roadside assistance formula (24-hour roadside assistance, replacement car at the location of the breakdown, vehicle recovery) with interactive services. In the event of a collision, the black box automatically sends a signal to the control unit which will be able to verify what has happened by calling the driver on the speakerphone and possibly sending assistance. In the event of theft, the device makes it possible to geolocate the vehicle, thanks to GPS technology, and to block the engine from starting, limiting its mobility.
