The EFSF bailout fund will disburse the loan to Spain in four installments for the recapitalization of the banks. The first is 30 billion and includes a 10 billion long-term buffer. It will arrive by the end of the month. The others will arrive between the end of 2012 and 2013, to be exact in November 2012, the end of December 2012 and the end of June 2013. The details emerge from a confidential document of the fund.
