US primaries: Sanders-Clinton 1-1

The battle continues in the Democratic Party of the United States. Bernie Sanders won the Oregon primary and continues to battle for the White House nomination. The favorite remains Hillary Clinton, who won in Kentucky, but by a very slim margin. The senator from Vermont is therefore confirmed as still in the running and announces a battle "until the last vote of the last primaries on June 14th".

“We secured a big win in Washington state, we just won Oregon and now it's the start of the ultimate push to win California,” said Sanders, who ignored all calls to retire.

Clinton, however, lacks only 94 delegates to secure the nomination, reaching 2.383. At the moment, the lead on Sanders is about 280 delegates.
