Experis Academy – ManpowerGroup training center specialized in professional training in the Information Technology sector – has renewed the agreement with Understanding St. Paul for the provision of "for Merit”, a loan dedicated to university students and from 2021 also to Experis master's students. This is a loan that does not require any guarantee and which can be repaid over a period of up to 30 years under "advantageous" conditions, explains a note.

The masters organized by Experis Academy aim to train professional figures in the ICT field capable of responding to the needs of a rapidly changing job market and with a talent shortage at the highest global levels. The difficulty of companies in finding the specialized profiles they need depends mainly on the Digital transformation, which triggered what we call the “skills revolution”.

- organized 50 funded training programs for recent graduates and 8 advanced training Masters for IT specialists;
- trained more than 1.000 people;
- collaborated with 70 partners and client companies - recorded 60% placement and 100% satisfaction rate.
