THEcapital increase in option of Prelios is getting ready: the operations, as announced today by the company, will take place from 22 July, the opening day of the offer period under option for those entitled and for the admission to listing of the newly issued ordinary shares. The closing date has been set for August 8th.
The maximum amount envisaged for the capital increase is 115 million euros, to be offered as an option to all the company's shareholders through the issue of a maximum of 193.195.887 ordinary shares at a price of 0,5953 euros per action. In the late morning, the Prelios share gained 0,58% on the Stock Exchange at 0,608 euro per share.
