After Unicredit that wants to sell the Pavilion, another property symbol of a large Italian company ends up on the market. In this case it is a question of a historic site, that of thePirelli headquarters in Milan-Bicocca. This was written by Milano Finanza, according to which the negotiations have already started for several weeks.
To enhance the real estate is Torre sgr, the real estate company 62,5% controlled by the managed funds of Fortress Investment Group and 37,5% owned by Unicredit which has decided to dispose of the asset in the portfolio at Real estate fund One. Specifically, the negotiation, according to market rumors, is carried out by Torre sgr with Kryalos the management company founded in 2013 by Paolo Bottelli and which today has a portfolio of properties under management for a value close to 4 billion.
But Kryalos would not be the final buyer, but a South Korean investment fund whose name is currently strictly confidential, also because the match got underway just before the Christmas holidays. The value of the operation, which already involves financial advisors and international legal consultants, should be around 80-100 million and could be finalized in the coming months. The buyer, however, has already let it be known that he does not intend to overturn the structure of the building to the point that Pirelli's permanence in the building is obvious.
