The public offering for the sale of Pirelli shares starts on Monday and will close on 28 September and should lead to the debut of the stock in Piazza Affari on 4 October next. The company writes it in a note, specifying that Consob has approved the publication of the information prospectus.
The offer will start at 9 am on 18 September and will end at 13.30 pm on the 28th, unless extended or closed early. The institutional placement will begin on 18 September and will end on 28 unless extended or closed early. The start of negotiations on the MTA is expected on 4 October.
