Pir, Equita: 4,4 billion to listed SMEs

With the new individual savings plans introduced by the latest budget law, small and medium-sized companies listed in Italy could receive 4,4 billion euros in the next three years (or 12,5% of the free float of the FTSE Mid Cap index). This is what we read in a note from the financial consultancy firm Equita dedicated to the PIRs.

"The experience of other countries has shown that measures of this type are very useful - the analysts explain - if not absolutely indispensable to favor the financing of deserving companies, especially small-medium sized ones, without necessarily having to depend on the banking channel".
