"Operation completed, all terrorists neutralized". With this terse communication the French police puts an end to the blitz in the terrorist hideout that began this morning at 4:20 in Saint Denis. At least two terrorists they died during the siege, while seven people were arrested.
Among them, however, according to sources close to the operation, there would be neither Abdelhamid Abaaoud, considered the mastermind of the November 13 attacks, nor the wanted Abdeslam Salah, even if no official information has yet been given on the identity of those arrested.
Also according to sources, the group of terrorists besieged Saint-Denis he was planning an attack on La Defense, the business district on the outskirts of Paris. On the other hand, there would be five police officers who were slightly injured during the blitz.
