Open Fiber is confirmed for the second year among companies "Great place to work“. This latest certification comes shortly after the confirmation of Top Employer Italy company, the certificate attesting the quality of HR policies implemented by companies.

In the case of Great Place to Work, the institute that validates its quality carries out a anonymous consultation among employees to measure certain requirements, as the organization's policy explains:

  • Relations between collaborators based on trust
  • Motivated people with a high level of engagement
  • Highly attractive to the job market and the best talents
  • People who are proud of the company and their work environment
  • Productive, collaborative and innovative people

It was not only Open Fiber that obtained the requirement of a company where it is pleasant to work. The list is long but it includes companies from all sectors: from food with Danone, information technology with Cisco, logistics with DHL, pharmaceuticals with Eli Lilly Italia, energy with E.on and Sorgenia, telecommunications with Open Fiber and the competitor Fastweb, hotels with Hilton and many more. Impossible to mention them all but the certification can be checked on the Great Place to Work Italia website where the different types of companies are found, divided by number of employees.

"It is particularly significant to have obtained the two awards almost simultaneously, at the end of an important and complex year and at the beginning of a period of intense social and labor transformations" he says Ivan Rebernik, Director of Personnel, Organization and Services of Open Fiber. The company also recalls the welfare and caring programs implemented over the years and aimed at improving the physical, emotional and family well-being of employees also with hybrid and inclusive working methods, particularly to protect health in a difficult period such as that of covid pandemic.
