Olivetti is preparing to launch Graphos Kit, the new "ready-to-use" solution which enables the signing of documents in digital format through a graphometric pad, without the need for software developments and integrations.
Graphos Kit therefore allows the dematerialisation at the source of documents that require signature with handwritten signature and is therefore aimed at professionals and small and medium-sized enterprises who usually ask their customers to sign standard forms, such as consent to data processing personal data, delivery or collection receipts, registration forms.
In particular, the solution allows you to create PDF files starting from any document, add signature fields and collect the graphometric signatures of your customers using the signature pad provided. The technology used guarantees the naturalness of writing and the acquisition of behavioral parameters (pressure, rhythm, movement, speed, acceleration), as well as the image of the signature.
By means of a specific algorithm, the graphometric signatures are inserted in an indissoluble way in the document, guaranteeing the protection of the biometric data of the signatory and the integrity of the signed document.
