Lessons are about to start again and, between a strike and a postponement, many university students are busy with exams, but September is also the month in which people look for or move houses, in view of the new academic year.
A period of suitcases and moves for thousands of off-site students who crowd the major Italian universities in search of room or bed with the best quality/price ratio
However, this year, in terms of rentals, the news is not good. Based on an analysis carried out by the Immobiliare.it Research Office, for the third consecutive year, i prices show a marked increase. And if for single rooms the average increase is 4% compared to 2016 (+9% compared to 2014), with an average rent of 416 euros per month, for a bed in a double room, with an average cost of 302 euros per month, the increases in some cities are even double-digit.
