Focus Investments SpA, a company owned by Prelios, Pirelli, Unicredit and Intesa Sanpaolo, has appointed Elena Capra new Chief Executive Officer society.
Born in 1964, graduated in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, Elena Capra has held positions with increasing responsibilities in finance and management control within some of the most important Italian companies. After starting her professional career in 1990 in Autogrill as Senior Business Controller, she was Head of Finance and subsequently Group Risk Officer in Pirelli & CSpA; you have held the positions of Head of Structured Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Prelios.
On the other hand, the general meeting of the shareholders of Unione Petrolifera met today in Rome, which unanimously confirmed Claudio Spinaci as Chairman. Under the new Statute, the appointment is valid for four years without the possibility of reconfirmation. Also confirmed were the four designated vice presidents, namely Eng. Daniele Bandiera (Api), Eng. Alessandro Gilotti (KPI), Dr. Paolo Grossi (Eni) and Eng. Gianni Murano (Esso Italiana). Please note that Eng. Spinaci has held the position of President of the Unione Petrolifera since 25 September 2015.
