Here is the calendar for the Navigators. After June 18 contest valid for the recruitment of 2.980 navigators who will tutor those receiving the CBI, the operational phase arrives, the one that concerns agreements, contracts and distribution on the territory. A dense lineup that will bring the recruits to work in mid-August. But before becoming fully operational navigators will have to go through several steps.

Let's start with the conventions. On 18 July, as foreseen, Anpal Servizi will finalize the agreements with the various Regions, also establishing the skills that navigators will have to cover at the employment centers to which they will be assigned. On a general level, according to the indications of Anpal "The navigator will be the central figure of the technical assistance provided by Anpal Servizi Spa to the employment centres, selected and trained to support their services and to integrate into the new context characterized by the'introduction of the basic income, for which the objective is to ensure technical assistance to employment centers, enhancing active regional policies, also in a logic of case management to be integrated and implemented with the innovative methodologies and techniques that will be adopted for the basic income ”.

Contracts chapter. According to what was revealed by Il Sole 24 Ore, the coveted milestone relating to contracts will arrive from the day after and until 24 July. The winners of the competition will be hired with a collaboration contract, which expires on April 30, 2021.

The gross salary will be equal to 27.338,76 euros per year, to which will be added a gross monthly payment of 300 euros as a flat-rate reimbursement of travel, board and lodging expenses incurred to carry out the assignment in one of the assignment offices.

By the way, the navigators will be distributed by province on the basis of the requests received in recent months for the basic income. According to the indications, the cities with the most "tutors": Naples with 274, Rome with 195, Palermo with 125, Turin with 107, Catania with 100, Bari with 78 followed by Salerno and Milan respectively with 77 and 76 navigators.

Let's move on to training. Before entering service, navigators will have to participate in three orientation meetings. Subsequently, two weeks of training and "continuous on the job" training are scheduled, at the end of which a final test is scheduled. The dates are already there: July 29 in Sicily, 30 in Sardinia, July 31 in Rome, then from August 1 they will carry out 2 weeks of training in the area under the supervision of an instructor (Anpal Servizi is currently training them). Full operation is expected from mid-August.

Also keep an eye on ongoing on-the-job training, modules and a final test are envisaged which will certify the completion of the training.
