Confindustria Serbia is born

From the experience of SISTEMA, Confindustria Serbia was born in Belgrade with the aim of "representing, coordinating and supporting Italian entrepreneurship" present in Serbia. The structure will be part of Confindustria Balcani and will be built with the support of Unicredit.

The presentation event saw the participation of the Italian Ambassador in Belgrade, HE Armando Varricchio, the President of the Sistema Association, Franco Delneri and the President of Unicredit Bank Serbia, Klaus Priverschek. Among others, the Minister of Economy and Regional Development of the Republic of Serbia, Nebojsa Ciric, the Honorable Adolfo Urso and the Vice-President for Organization and Associative Marketing of Confindustria, Edoardo Garrone, took part.

Franco Delneri declared that “the birth of Confindustria Serbia marks the arrival of a three-year process that has seen the growth and strengthening of Italian entrepreneurial associations in Serbia”. The President of SISTEMA also emphasized the support role of the Confindustria network thanks to which "the association will be able to support the work of companies present in Serbia more effectively, but also to provide more tools to companies that decide to choose Serbia as a market for expanding your business.”

The President of Unicredit Bank Serbia claimed Unicredit's role as a leading banking institution in Central and Eastern Europe and as the exclusive partner of Condindustria Balcani in many countries. Priverschek also underlined how "experience and knowledge have allowed Unicredit Bank Serbia to become the first choice of many Italian companies."

The press release is available in the attachment.
