Morgan Stanley promotes Terna: solid business plan

The US investment bank approves the industrial plan of the Italian company, which contains better forecasts than previous estimates – Terna's investments abroad could also increase.

Morgan Stanley promotes the industrial plan of Terna, published together with group accounts. For the investment bank, this is a solid plan, which should lead the company to earnings growth of 3% in 2016-2019, a better forecast than past estimates from Morgan Stanley.

According to the US bank, Terna, which announced investments of 150-200 million euros for activities regulated abroad, it could increase its international investments if the current strategy is successful.

Even the new dividend policy, expected to increase by 3% until 2019, seems to convince Morgan Stanley, which has set the target price on Terna at 4,3 euros per share.
