The transaction for the sale of the publishing house, carried out through the subsidiary Rizzoli Libri, was closed for a total consideration, collected today, of 16,5 million euros, which includes 5,3 million euros relating to assets transferred to `buyer.
The sale of Bompiani was carried out in compliance with the remedies indicated by the Antitrust provision as part of the acquisition of Rizzoli Libri completed on 14 April 2016.
