Raffaele Mincione has transferred his stake in Bpm to Luxembourg, transforming it from a trust into a fund, in view of the shareholders' meeting of the Milanese institute on 21 December for the renewal of the supervisory board.

According to what emerges from today's updates from Consob on significant shareholdings, Raffaele Mincione has transferred his shareholding in Bpm to Luxembourg, transforming it from a trust into a fund, in view of the shareholders' meeting of the Milanese institute on 21 December for the renewal of the board of surveillance.

In addition, on 13 November Mincione - informs the Authority - communicated that it indirectly holds, through the company Time & Life, a potential stake in the Bank equal to 7,02% deriving from the exercise of contractual powers. In detail, the stake in Bpm passes from The Capital Investment Trust (Jersey) to Athena Capital Sarl, as general partner and fund manager of the Athena Capital Fund Sicav.

On the Stock Exchange, Bpm shares lost 0,3% at the beginning of the afternoon, to 0,45 euros per share.
