Best companies to work for: Open Fiber joins the club

Open Fiber was officially certified Great Place to Work by the international company of the same name which has specialized in analyzing the corporate climate and employer branding for forty years. The certificate is issued to companies that stand out for their excellent work environments, the quality of relationships that develop in them and the implementation of best practices based on the centrality of the person.

The survey was conveyed with the Trust Index questionnaire, which aims to investigate five dimensions: credibility, respect and fairness, i.e. mutual trust with company management, pride and cohesion for one's work and for the organization one belongs to part and quality of relationships with colleagues.

An important result obtained by listening to company employees who, through the survey, were able to express their opinion. Open Fiber was awarded this important recognition because it has always invested in people, offering concrete growth and career opportunities aimed at enhancing everyone's skills. By working in OF, you become part of a constantly evolving reality, in a stimulating environment characterized by the excellence of know-how and organization.

In the four years of the company's life, innovative methodologies have been implemented for analyzing the needs and skills of employees thanks to a tailor-made approach: listening, empathy, focus on objectives and results but, above all, the ability to accept suggestions from by employees and translate them into effective strategic indicators. This method proved to be particularly successful during the difficult period that Italy found itself facing due to the Covid-19. Thanks to various initiatives such as the "super-kit" to work more comfortably from home, psychological assistance for employees active 24 hours a day and motivational and training webinars, Open Fiber has tried to be constantly close to its people also during the lockdown period.

“This result fills us with pride, because it rewards the human resource management policies that we have chosen to pursue, but above all because it was achieved by listening to what colleagues really think about the company. Open Fiber is a bridge between the present and the future: a place where people have the possibility and the responsibility to make a difference every day” says Ivan Rebernik, Open Fiber Personnel and Organization Director.
